Fijit Friends and Fijit Friends Newbies!!

So just recently I discovered the most adorable little critters ever! They quickly stole the hearts of my little guys and became a huge hit in a matter of minutes! My son had noticed in stores awhile back and I just shrugged it off thinking it was simply a girl toy and that he would have no interest at all in this toy. I have never been so wrong!
What are Fijit Friends?
Both my 17 month old and 5 year old love their Fijit Friend Sage and could dance all night long with her. I will say that she does go through the batteries when they forget and leave her own (which they are great at) but I with rechargeable batteries she is good to go! Not only do they dance with Sage but they can also talk to her about their day. Not only is Sage super fun to dance with but now the Fijit Friends NEWBIES are fun to play with as well. They can communicate with your Fijit Friend and there are directions included in the box on how to get them to interact. These are the perfect size for traveling and the perfect size for my 17 month old. I would say about a total of 2 hours a day he is carrying around either his yellow or purple Fijit Friend and I do believe that I hear those songs in my head that they sing even when they aren't singing. :) But they love them and really that's all that matters! What's really cute is when they get Sage to doing a crazy dance while they only clap her hands. The kids dance and laugh like crazy!! Fijit Friends seem to be a pretty durable product since they still look brand new even after being in the hands of a toddler and five year old.

My son is just learning how to dance. I think he would love one of these. They are very cute!
