My thoughts:
I really enjoyed this book. First off it was on the short side so it is a fairly quick read. I also like how it was written in plain language and that I didn't need to be a Doctor to read and comprehend it. It wasn't about some new fad diet, this book focuses on the tried and true and what really works. Calories in versus Calories burned. I've always had the mentality that if you eat well and eat proper portions you will have sucess. Add movement and you will do awesome at losing weight.

I don't believe in dieting but I do believe in making healthy life changes, which I do. Diets are temporary, life changes are permanent.
