In my quest to eat better this year I noticed one of the harder things for most people to give up is soda. I don't typically drink that much I'm more of a water drinker. However every once in a while I do enjoy a glass of something bubbly. Sparkling Ice is a great choice because I won't have to worry about the empty calories! My Mother-in-law found out about a year ago that she was diabetic. Since then she has truly taken control of her health. She watches what she eats and has lost quite a bit of weight. I'm so proud of her! She was over babysitting recently and I told her she had to try Sparkling Ice. It is sweetened with Splenda she can have it and not worry about spikes in her blood sugar. It was a big hit with her as well! There are nine flavors so there is really something for everyone's tastes!

My thoughts:
Sparkling Ice taste really good. It is very refreshing and has just the right amount of flavor. My favorites were Black Cherry and Coconut Pineapple. I commented to my Mother-in-Law that they would be great for frozen yogurt floats too! YUMMY! I love having the option of a great bubbly drink and still having something with zero calories.
