Zarbee's Children's Natural Cough Syrup Review & (Giveaway Closed)

My two year old is relatively healthy. I always worry about giving over the counter medicine since about a year ago my doctor quoted me the wrong dosage to give him. My husband luckily was reading the box before I gave our son any. It seems like most cough medicines that you can buy in the store are for ages 5 and up and then the doctor has give you an idea of just how much to give one that is 1-2 years old. I know we shouldn't doubt our doctors, but ever since then I have.When I recently heard about Zarbee's Natural Cough Syrup and how it is safe for children ages 12 months and up, I really wanted to give it a try. As I said, my son is rarely sick (knock on wood), so what are the chances that he gets sick about 3 days after I get a bottle of ZarBee's Natural Cough medicine?
Well he started developing a cough after trick-or-treating Saturday night and it wasn't sounded good, so I went ahead and gave him a dose of the ZarBee's Natural Cough Syrup in cherry flavor. He took this medicine with no problem and actually requested more because he said that it tastes good. He slept fantastic Saturday night but woke up Sunday morning with a full on cold. Fever, cough and stuffy nose. I followed the directions on the ZarBee's Cough Syrup throughout the day, and his cough started going away. Actually once he took the medicine the cough stopped after 20 minutes or so. This stuff works like magic! He slept wonderfully last night, although he is starting to cough a little this morning already.
Zarbee's Natural Cough Syrup isn't just honey. It is actually a special blend of dark honey, vitamins and other natural ingredients. It is extremely effective for helping with coughs as well as soothing irritated throats and helps boost the immune system. It is safe for children ages 12 months and older and it doesn't have Dextromethorphan or Alcohol!
Zarbee's comes in two tasty flavors (I have tried them myself). The flavors are cherry or lemon. Zarbee's can be purchased on line for $9.99 or at a select stores near you. Should you not be able to find it at a store near you, you can request them to stock it there! Sadly, there isn't a store near me that carries it so I just may put a request in. I don't mind ordering it online but sometimes they get sick so fast that it is handy to head to the store and get a bottle.
