Avery and Zazzle Recipe Binder Design Off! (Giveaway Closed)

Thursday, October 22, 2009

Avery and Zazzle have teamed up to challenge you to put on your aprons, gather up favorite recipes and enter the first ever Recipe Binder Design-Off! As moms and queens of the kitchen, Avery challenges you and your readers to become more organized in life and at home, and that includes the kitchen!

To enter the Recipe Binder Design-Off, visit http://blog.zazzle.com/2009/10/16/avery-amp-zazzle-recipe-binder-design-contest/ by November 2nd to design and submit your very own recipe binder design. The entries will be judged on uniqueness of design, overall creativity and look and feel, and best use of entire binder space. Need inspiration? All submissions will be posted at on the blog. Remember, your design can be anything to do with food and drink.

Recipe Binder Design-Off Contest Prizes
  • Grand Prize - $2,000
  • 2nd Place Prize - $500
  • Ten 3rd Place Prizes - $25 Zazzle Gift Cards
There is absolutely no cost to participate and design a binder for the contest but for purchase, binder pricing starts at $18.95.

I wanted to throw in there as well that the Recipe Binder would make a fantastic Holiday Gift!  Not only that, but depending on how creative you are feeling, you can customize the Avery binder for kid stuff, presentations or even baby photos.  Whatever you are currently needing a binder for, you can create it !

Here is my creation on the right.  It isn't anything fancy, but I look forward to receiving it.  I had much rather have all my recipes together in one binder than loose paper everywhere.  And let me say that I have a lot of loose papers floating around with our favorite recipes on it.

WIN,WIN,WIN
One reader will win a free promo to design and purchase your own customized Avery binder. The code is valid for one time use for an $18.95 discount and will expire on May 31, 2010. This discount does not cover shipping, handling or taxes.

 MANDATORY:
What is one of your favorite recipes that you would put in your binder?

Thank you to everyone that took time to enter.  The winner of the giveaway is #23

I would put my Chicken Taco Soup recipe in the binder - cooked in a crockpot: several types of beans, tomatoes, mild chiles, chicken breasts and taco seasoning. It's delish!
