I recently ran across this great online shop called Curious Cookie and couldn't believe the selection that they had to pick from. They have a wonderful selection of gourmet cookies, gluten-free cookies, and even gift baskets that I can promise you are sure to find just what you are looking for.One part about Curious Cookie that I love is that they are all natural in addition to using "Clean Ingredients" which means there are no processed sugars such as white cane sugar or bleached flour. It makes me feel better about giving my children cookies for a snack when I know they are actually made of "clean ingredients".
As we all know, Father's Day is around the corner and what Dad, Grandfather, or Husband doesn't love moist and delicious gourmet cookies!! Let me say that all the cookies are delicious but my favorite by far is the chocolate chip cookies. Nothing like bringing back childhood memories with a super delicious cookie and big cup of milk.Curious Cookie Company is a local All Natural Gourmet Cookie bakery located in Pompton Lakes, New Jersey. They have 4 wonderful lines of cookies (Premium Gourmet, Muffin Top, Gluten Free and Sugar Free). All of our cookies are individually wrapped to ensure freshness and a 4 to 5 month shelf life. The single serve cookies are labeled as well.
We began this business with a great line of cookies. We wanted to make a great cookie the Greatest cookie. To achieve this goal we began a long arduous effort of Product testing by varying ingredients in our cookies. We would select one ingredient and vary that ingredient, like butter, over several ingredient brands. We tested between 5 and 12 different brands, varying with each ingredient. All other ingredients were held constant during that product test. We then used between 10 to 20 people to taste test the varying cookies. This process resulted in many hundreds of taste tests over a long list of ingredients.
