Chicks-N-Chickens Review

I recently received Chicks-N-Chickens Lullaby Exercises. And WOW what a great workout for not only a new mom, but for any mom with a little one. After my son was born, it has been impossible for me to be able to get to the gym to workout. I just hate leaving him behind. This DVD workout is amazing. Yes, it will fool you because it does say Lullaby Exercise. But it isn't a lullaby exercise for mommy, just for baby. My son is almost 2 and loves doing this workout with me. He will even bring me the DVD remote to turn it on. He knows the days when i am feeling lazy. It starts out with a great dance routine as a warm up and them moves on to squats, tummy exercises and even arm exercises. A perfect way to mommy to get into shape and having the little one right there with you through the entire experience.

Also, not only do you get the DVD, but it also comes with a CD that features all the songs on the workout. I will pop that in when I am cleaning and my son dances around to it. He is learning all the moves. So for any mom out there that is needing a little extra help to get into shape, this is the perfect DVD for you!!
